We currently are looking to fill the following position(s):

Field Service Techs:

Highly motivated individual with several years machine tool maintenance and operations background. Experience with 5 axis machine tools with an emphasis on Fanuc and Siemens controls is required. This individual must have the ability to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance or repairs. Must be able to read ladder diagrams and have strong electrical background. Professional attitude and appearance is a must. Travel is required.

CNC Programmers:

The CNC Programmers would develop and implement part processes on precision CNC machine tool grinders. The candidate will needed to posses the ability to create and utilize parametric/macro based M&G code programming. Use 2D CAD software to do basic designs and write CNC programs. Also the use of 3D CAD/CAM system and/or Unigraphics to process parts would be a plus. Professional attitude and appearance is a must. Travel is required in support of projects.

Mechanical Engineers:

Responsible for the design – from concept to troubleshooting – of precision grinding machines. Drafts concept designs based on sales hand off and customer feedback and communicates their design choices to internal engineering team members thru design reviews. Generates those designs on 3D modeling software and manages each design project to completion. Travels when necessary.

Electrician / Debug:

Assembles electrical control panels and provides technical expertise to support quality electrical integration, installation, test and debug of the company's new and old grinding machines. Identifies potential hazards / problems while preparing panels. Works with electrical engineers to troubleshoot and debug any problem that may occur. Prior experience with Siemens and Fanuc systems is preferred. Travels when necessary.
