3 & 4 Axis Machines

These two models are especially well suited for grinding turbine engine buckets, grinding turbine engine hangers, grinding turbine engine blades, plates, machine dies, and hand tools.  They are engineered to grind with any conventional or superabrasive wheel including plated CBN, vitrified CBN, any aluminum oxide and ceramic blends. They are also engineered to be able to handle any water or oil base coolant.

Model - 800 The Campbell Grinder 800 machine is a traveling column, horizontal spindle grinding machine. The 800 can be purchased with a spindle mounted Continuous Dress Continuous Feed (CDCF) dresser, making the machine 4 axis. Model - 950 The Campbell Grinder 950 machine is a small horizontal spindle grinding machine. The 950 can be purchased with a spindle mounted Continuous Dress Continuous Feed (CDCF) dresser, making the machine 4 axis. This machine has a small 4' by 8' footprint allowing it to fit any ware in your facility.
